Technical Business Analyst

You will be part of Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services across various industries such as banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. Your role will involve capturing requirements by collaborating with Stakeholder Groups and Working Groups to gather functional and non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for process and activity flow mapping, including mapping Functional & Nonfunctional Epics/Stories to Macro Level Journeys. Additionally, you will act as a proxy Product Owner to create and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring it is up to date with prioritized risks and concerns. Defining Acceptance Criteria for User Stories, working with the Product Manager to determine high-level scope & goals for each Sprint, and conducting stakeholder workshops to understand business and technical needs will be part of your responsibilities. You will also document business processes and manuals.
