● BSC / MSC / B.Tech / BCA or equivalent. .

● Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in VC Systems and IT Infra Support (ITIL and

Helpdesk Certified or relevant).

● Hands on Systems hardware, software, networking (L2) troubleshooting, VC, 0365,

Outlook and G Suite management.

● Operating systems (Win10/11/MacOS), Windows Server 2012/2016.

● Knowledge of LAN, WIFI,Access Points and Windows Server L1.

● Very good communication skills, multitasking and problem-solving analytics.

● Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues and be prompt in

providing solutions to clients and customers.

● AV/VC certifications will be an added advantage. (Polycom, Udemy, LinkedIn certified)
