About the job We are seeking a skilled and visionary Technical Architect with 8 to 10 Years of experience, to lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile solutions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a solid programming background, and a passion for solving technical challenges. You'll work closely with stakeholders, guide a team of developers, and ensure high-performance, secure, and maintainable applications. Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Planning & Architecture Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements. Design scalable architecture, choosing the right technologies and frameworks. Create detailed technical documentation and specifications. 2. Code Quality & Development Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Define and enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 3. Team Leadership & Mentoring Lead a team of developers, assign tasks, and track progress. Mentor junior team members and promote skill development. Cultivate a collaborative and performance-driven team environment. 4. Project & Risk Management Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation plans. Work with project managers to define timelines and resource needs. Proactively communicate project progress and blockers. 5. Performance, Security & Testing Ensure applications follow best practices for performance and data security. Drive testing strategies including unit, integration, and functional testing. Optimize code for scalability and performance. 6. Innovation & Documentation Keep up with the latest tools, technologies, and trends. Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team. Maintain comprehensive documentation for future maintenance and onboarding. Requirements: 8–10 years of hands-on development experience (web or mobile). Permanent work from the office (Bangalore or Ahmedabad). Strong expertise in architectural planning and coding best practices. Solid programming skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, etc.). Experience in cloud environments (AWS or Azure – preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
