Role Overview

As Technical Architect – Embedded & Hardware, you will own the system design and architecture of complex embedded products, ensuring seamless synergy between hardware, firmware, and connectivity. You’ll work closely with our global client teams and lead internal engineering efforts to deliver certifiable, high-performance, and scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive system architecture for embedded hardware solutions across diverse domains.
Select and validate MCUs, sensors, connectivity modules aligned with project requirements.
Oversee PCB design, schematic reviews, and hardware validation cycles.
Ensure compliance with CE, UL, FCC, and relevant industry protocols (OCPP, DLMS, Modbus, CAN, BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, LTE, LoRa).
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and cloud teams for end-to-end integration.
Lead design reviews, root cause analysis, and architecture optimizations.
Prepare technical documentation, system diagrams, and BOM guidelines.
Stay ahead of emerging embedded tech trends to influence R&D roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in embedded systems & hardware product development.
Proven track record in concept-to-production product cycles.
Expertise in ARM Cortex MCUs, STM32, ESP32, and similar platforms.
Strong circuit design & PCB layout knowledge, with signal integrity expertise.
Experience in low-power design, EMI/EMC compliance, and rugged hardware.
Familiarity with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and C/C++.
Knowledge of manufacturing, testing, and certification processes.
Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
