Business Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send business proposals, official communications, and follow-up emails to clients and partners
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, sales, and project) to gather inputs and align deliverables
• Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, from documentation to internal handovers
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing MoMs, and maintaining business-related documentation
• Conduct research and prepare data reports or pitch decks as required
• Maintain CRM updates, sales pipelines, and client status reports
• Coordinate business reviews and feedback loops with clients and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a business support/client-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Exposure to technology or IoT/embedded domain is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Supplement Pay: Performance Bonus, Yearly Bonus
