Position Overview: The Business Assistant will support the company’s leadership team by handling day-to-day business operations, client communication, document management, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about business growth and client service. Key Responsibilities: Assist leadership in managing schedules, meetings, and client communications. Prepare proposals, reports, and business presentation materials. Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Maintain business documentation, contracts, and confidential records. Manage internal task tracking and follow up on deliverables. Conduct market and industry research to support consulting projects. Support business development activities including lead generation and client outreach. Draft correspondence, invoices, and internal communication reports. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in administrative, business, or consulting support roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing preferred. Compensation: INR 10,000 to 15,000 plus lucrative profit sharing on sales. Work Schedule: Flexible. Work from home.
