Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Assistant. The Business Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer service functions, ensuring effective communication across teams, and contributing to business operations. The role also involves coordinating tasks, supporting managerial functions, and assisting with analytical processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills
• Proficient Communication skills to facilitate seamless interaction across teams
• Analytical Skills with the ability to solve problems and support business processes
• Business acumen with knowledge of organizational operations
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
