Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director in executing business strategies and daily operations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in pharmaceutical packaging. Coordinate and manage import-export documentation, processes, and compliance with relevant regulations. Support business development initiatives by identifying and reaching out to new clients, partners, and markets. Prepare presentations, business reports, and analytical summaries to facilitate informed decision-making. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project follow-ups. Advise the Director with insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks. Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information at all times. Organize and coordinate meetings, client visits, and business events as required.
