Business Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in executing business strategies and daily operations.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify growth opportunities in pharmaceutical packaging.
• Coordinate and manage

  import-export documentation, processes, and compliance

  with relevant regulations.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying and reaching out to new clients, partners, and markets.
• Prepare presentations, business reports, and analytical summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project follow-ups.
• Advise the Director with insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks.
• Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information at all times.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, client visits, and business events as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields

• Minimum

  3–5 years of relevant experience

  in a similar role, preferably within

  pharmaceuticals or packaging industry

• Familiarity with

  global trade regulations

  and industry-specific compliance standards
