Technical Architect

Aufgaben Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of technical consultants / developers in development of applications and products. Good hold on JAVA/JEE, Architecture, Design Patterns, Agile Development, (API first and Event driven architecture design) Experience leading, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise solutions (cloud or on-premise) Prepare/drive and participate in technical / business discussions, support Product Owners on requirements management Prepare schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan, Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates Mentor and coach the team on technical topics (hands-on as required) Interact with Stakeholders (Technical and Management) Ability to develop & implement strategies / concepts in alignment with international stakeholders Technical skills a. JAVA/JEE, Architecture, Design Patterns, Agile Development b. Identity Management/Security (oAuth/OpenID connect/SAML), c. Linux/Shell Scripting, Automation frameworks d. Continuous Integration and Build Tools Soft Skills 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 2. Experience in Customer facing projects Highly preferred skills: Results driven with good interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experiences as Technical Architect/ Enterprise Architect for small or medium sized organizations High degree of independence with collaboration ability (Work as individual contributor and as team player) Ability to interface with Management at various levels on Architecture and Management topics Good customer orientation with focus on providing solutions International experience by work and/or study Good to have Skills: German Language Basics Qualifikationen Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of technical consultants / developers in development of applications and products.
