Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in designing and building highly complex software solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong C# skills with the willingness to pick up the other language if not already mastered at a sufficient level
• Strong OOP design skills with an understanding or at least personal interest towards the concepts of Functional Programming
• Willingness to understand and enhance other people's code
• Prior experience in working with Git, TFS, following the Scrum Agile methodology is an advantage
• Prior knowledge of medical domain is an advantage
• Develop and enhance software applications for medical devices within the Healthcare domain.
• Collaborate with System Engineers and Architects to analyze, understand, and design solutions based on requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform detailed design, coding, testing, and documentation as part of project execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Support defect resolution and investigative analysis during development and release cycles

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production.
  • Identifying and resolving technical risks proactively.
  • Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality.
  • Perform Design and Technical reviews.
  • Recommend new technologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Perform system analysis to identify improvement areas in performance and scalability.
• Development Best Practices:
  • Establish and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage a culture of continuous technical growth.
• Problem Solving & Collaboration:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and design robust, maintainable solutions.
  • Mentor developers on unit testing, clean code practices, and architectural patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

  • Exposure to or knowledge of the Healthcare domain.
• Strong coding and automation expertise in C# with experience in WPF and WinForms.
• Strong in software development with a strong focus on .NET technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field (required)
