Work Location: Bavdhan, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead solution design and architecture for complex IT systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including clients, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals Role Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and solution designs. Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers. Lead technical assessments, architecture reviews, and design validation sessions. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture implementation aligns with approved design. Ensure architecture complies with client standards, including security, scalability, and maintainability. Support estimation, planning, and risk management during project initiation and delivery. Lead technology selection and PoCs for innovative or emerging technologies. Work closely with client technical teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in application development and/or architecture. 3+ years in an architecture role leading solution or technical design. Preferred Skills & Experience: Deep experience in one or more technology stacks (e.g., Java/.NET, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.). Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Proven experience with microservices, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-native design. Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware. Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments. Professional Attributes: Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
