🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional development teams across projects
• Architect robust, scalable applications on the Microsoft .NET stack
• Provide modernization strategies for legacy systems and guide implementation
• Act as a technology advisor across IT groups and stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior engineers; promote engineering excellence
• Drive technical vision, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies

💼 Tech Expertise:

• High proficiency in

  C# .NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, SOA

• Hands-on with

  Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, Git

• Experience with

  Angular / React / Vue.js

  , and front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery
• Strong understanding of

  design patterns, threading, real-time processing

  , and

  SQL performance tuning

• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  (TeamCity, Octopus),

  RabbitMQ

  ,

  IOC frameworks

  , and mocking tools
• Knowledge of

  NoSQL & relational databases

  (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL)
• Microsoft and cloud-based certifications are a plus

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and development
• Proven ability to manage complexity and drive results through innovation and leadership
