Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems aligned with business and product goals.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and UI/UX teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Lead end-to-end full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
• Design and maintain modular, reusable APIs and ensure adherence to software best practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments using modern DevOps tools.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product efficiency.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and innovation strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in architecture or tech leadership.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, cloud-native design (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with React, HTML5 CSS3 jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and exposure to AI/ML solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Passion for building scalable systems and solving complex technical challenges.
