Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect specializing in TrakSYS MES, your expertise will be crucial in providing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions to our customers. Your role will involve designing, configuring, and implementing computer applications to meet manufacturing operations needs, with a focus on automating manufacturing operations from raw material to finished product. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement MES applications to automate manufacturing operations. - Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver MES solutions including design, software development, testing, and startup plant assistance. - Demonstrate technical design and development capabilities for MES functionalities. - Translate MES user stories into actionable solutions. - Showcase demos to clients as part of deliverables. - Utilize CPG industry knowledge, ISA-95 standards, and ITIL practices. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide solutions for troubleshooting. - Proactively support MES applications and related manufacturing applications, including on-floor support. Required Skills: - Minimum 10+ years of MES implementation experience. - Proficiency in technical design and development for MES functionalities. - Ability to understand MES user stories and propose effective solutions. - Experience in preparing demos for client presentations. - Knowledge of CPG industry, ISA-95 standards, and ITIL. - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Capability to manage stakeholder expectations and suggest workarounds during critical incidents. - Proactive attitude towards application support and on-floor assistance. Good To Have Skills: - MES Certifications. - Familiarity with AI/ML technologies. - Experience in regulatory compliance. - Exposure to emerging technologies like IoT and edge computing. Your expertise in TrakSYS MES, system integration, manufacturing workflows, ISA-95/88 standards, and shop floor automation will be invaluable in delivering efficient MES solutions to our customers.
