Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical strategy, drive architecture decisions, and ensure that our systems meet both business requirements and technical standards. Experience in domains such as Fintech, NBFC, Banking, and product-based organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall technical architecture for our software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and future scalability.

• Technology Leadership: Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and improve development efficiency.

• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.

• System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems, including cloud services, microservices, and RESTful APIs, to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security standards across projects.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• Risk Management: Identify technical risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure robust solutions are in place.

• closely with DevOps teams to implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and automation tools.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design decisions, and system integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar leadership role.

• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.

• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and enterprise-level integration.

• Hands-on coding skills in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), Java, and Python, demonstrating proficiency in full-stack development.

• Strong background in multiple programming languages and development frameworks.

• Domain expertise in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, and product-based organizations/applications.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
