Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Be the

  main point of contact

  for clients on all tech and website-related projects.
• Understand client requirements and turn them into clear action plans.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Create and manage

  project plans

  , timelines, and task lists.
• Track progress, share regular updates with clients, and manage feedback loops.
• Run internal meetings to check status, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned.
• Flag any risks or delays early and work with teams to resolve them.
• Maintain proper documentation - meeting notes, feedback, status reports, etc.

What You Should Have

• 3+ years of experience managing website or tech projects, preferably in a digital agency.
• Good understanding of how websites are built (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic UI/UX workflows.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
• Good communication - able to talk to both clients and developers comfortably.
• Experience using tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana to track work.
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
