Work Model- Hybrid (4 days WFO & 1 Day WFH in a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
• Value Optimization: Assist clients in maximizing the value of our services by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams on current projects, upcoming projects, and other related matters.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor client metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Technical Partnership Management: Nurture relationships with technical partners, coordinating successful integrations while identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
• Growth Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion, both within existing accounts and through partnerships, and contribute to generating revenue.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, networking, and/or enterprise software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Confident in leading discussions with customers to drive resolution and alignment toward proactive and preventive improvements to processes and mechanisms
• Working knowledge of leading project management methodologies
• Technical aptitude for both emerging technologies and legacy support models
