• On-premesis support for physical badge printing (travel as required)
• Quality assurance of printed badges to ensure consistency of badge prints
• Facilitate and manage logistics of badging related material and printed badges to their intended destinations
• Deploy firmware and other software upgrades as required and directed by the engineering team
• Maintenance of production badge printers to include cleaning, refills, and troubleshooting

• Provide timely progressive updates on work completed for project or operational related work
• Troubleshoot and implement corrections for hardware and application issues associated with badge printers
• Perform and support the development of standards and operating policies and procedures
