Job Title: Technical Team Lead Storage and Backup Administration Location: TechM Noida NSEZ Notice - 0 - 30 Days Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee the end to end administration of our enterprise storage and backup environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing storage systems, backup solutions, and IT risk management. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Responsibilities Perform daily health checks on all storage and backup devices to ensure optimal performance. Manage the lifecycle of storage and backup devices, including patching, upgrades, and capacity planning. Utilize ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident, service request, change, and problem management. Identify, log, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities within the storage and backup environments. Administer Dell EMC NetWorker, Data Domain, PowerProtect, and Commvault backup solutions. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot backup jobs and failures to ensure data integrity. Oversee the administration of Dell EMC Unity, PowerStore, HPE Primera, 3PAR, and MSA storage systems. Manage NAS (CIFS, NFS) servers and Windows NTFS and share permissions. Administer Brocade SAN switches, including zoning, configuration, and upgrades. Perform patching and version upgrades of SAN components and HBA firmware on UNIX and Windows servers. Conduct strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage and backup issues. Ensure compliance with data security and IT risk management protocols related to storage and backup. Mandatory Skills Extensive experience with Dell EMC Backup Administration. Proficient in administering Dell EMC Unity, PowerStore, HPE Primera, 3PAR, and MSA storage systems. Strong knowledge of NAS (CIFS, NFS) servers and Windows NTFS permissions management. Experience with Brocade SAN switches administration. Proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage and backup issues. Preferred Skills Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring tools. Experience with Commvault backup administration. Knowledge of IT risk management related to storage and backup. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in storage and backup technologies (e.g., Dell EMC, Commvault) are a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
