Key Responsibilities Lead a small team (2–3 engineers) responsible for application support and maintenance . Handle L2/L3 incidents , coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution. Own and drive incident management , change management , and problem management processes. Analyze recurring issues, perform root cause analysis , and work on continuous improvement of support processes. Prepare and maintain SOPs for common issues and operational tasks. Guide the team on technical issues and help improve support coverage and efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and performance of the applications. Optional: Take up hands-on development work if interested and when required. Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of total experience with a strong focus on application support/maintenance . Solid understanding of .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#). Basic to intermediate experience with frontend frameworks (React/JavaScript preferred). Hands-on experience in incident and change management processes. Experience in resolving issues reported by end users and conducting technical investigations . Good to have experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and monitoring/logging tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills. Show more Show less
