You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues. - Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
