In this role, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior professionals. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP Successfactors integrations. - Knowledge of SAP Successfactors modules and their integration points. - Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP CPI tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
