Full-time Job Description Tech Delivery Specialist – SAP FICO Pune/Chennai About This Job As a SAP FICO Tech Delivery specialist, you will be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and proto-typing cutting-edge technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto, Pune and Chennai. In this role you will be responsible for executing day to day SAP production support / Enhancements, Upgrades and key project activities in SAP FICO module. Responsibilities Monitor Incidents/Service Requests on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs Configure the system for any new business requirements or change in the existing processes Prepare functional specifications for the ABAP team for any change in the existing development or for customizing new developments Assist in smooth closing of month end and year end activities Coordinate and work closely with cross functional team members Foster and maintain good relationship with users across the globe to ensure customer satisfaction Align the day to day activities by adhering to the policies laid down in the organization Work with internal team to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions to achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines Qualifications Any Graduate/Masters preferably in the finance domain, with 4-6 years of relevant experience Mandatory skills in the following areas FI –AR , AP, GL, Banking, Asset Accounting Experience in DMEE and EBS functionality Integration between FI & SD, HR CO- Cost Center accounting, Profit center accounting, COPA- Controlling Profitability Analysis Concur working experience Knowledge of Treasury, Banking Solution experience Good to have skills in the following areas Exposure to MDM module Exposure to Closing Cockpit Experience of working with remote and global teams Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to bring critical design thinking Additional Information Enjoy a flexible and rewarding work environment with peer-to-peer recognition platforms.
