Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Compliance Tech & Analytics Support role is responsible for providing data, technology, and reporting support to enable compliance monitoring, risk tracking, and assurance dashboards for the LEA tower. The role ensures accurate collation, analysis, and presentation of compliance data using digital tools, supporting audit readiness, regulatory reporting, and leadership decision-making. This role works closely with the Lead – Compliance / Audit, GCC Legal, BU Compliance SPOCs, and Technology teams to maintain robust compliance monitoring systems and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Compliance Data & Reporting Collect, validate, and consolidate compliance-related data from BU SPOCs and GCC functions. Maintain and update compliance dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal and leadership reviews. Ensure high data integrity, timeliness, and audit readiness in reporting. Analytics & Insights Conduct trend analysis on compliance risks, audit findings, and regulatory metrics. Support development of compliance heatmaps and risk registers. Prepare management insights and presentations for GCC leadership and Group Legal. Technology & Tools Support Operate compliance and assurance systems, ensuring smooth data flow and reporting accuracy. Support integration of compliance tools with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal systems. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/Tech teams or vendors for resolution. Audit & Assurance Support Assist in preparing datasets and reports for internal and external audits. Track closure of audit observations and update risk/compliance logs. Maintain documentation repositories for compliance assurance. Process Improvement & Knowledge Management Capture and document best practices in compliance analytics and reporting. Suggest improvements to dashboards, tools, and processes for efficiency. Contribute to the LEA knowledge base with standard templates and reports.

Technical Competencies


    Data-Driven Insights: Using data to support HR strategies and initiatives, such as workforce planning and employee engagement programs, is essential.,HR Software Proficiency,Process Improvement: HR professionals should be able to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions using technology.,Talent Management Systems (TMS): TMS platforms are used to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management and development.

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce, Law, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields. Certifications in Data Analytics, Compliance Tools, or Risk Management preferred. Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in compliance reporting, data analytics, or audit support. Exposure to compliance dashboards, reporting systems, or assurance tools desirable. Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau, Excel (advanced), and risk/compliance platforms.
