Qualification: Fresher CA with CFA completed or pursuing with atleast one level cleared / CA with CFA working in FPNA profile in financial sector / Experience upto 2 years Key Skill set: Flair for numbers, Command over MS – excel, MIS skills, Understanding of Market Support: – Scale based regulation for NBFC by RBI – Middle Layer Preparation and monitoring of ALMs LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio) Monitoring LCR % and HQLA reconciliation of LCR position with Risk team Data to Kotak Group for onward regulatory filing Conducting monthly ALCO meetings with senior management Determining Funding requirement – Within approved Gaps Borrowing cost allocation to various Business Units Monthly BU wise / Annual Budget exercise Filing of regulatory returns with RBI - STDL Preparation of regulatory filings to Banks CMA / QIS / DDR for Borrowings from Banks Market Related: Daily market related update to the Treasury Team (Pre-market hours) Market metrics – Bond yield, equity, forex, MF / Insurance AUM analysis Preparation of Investor Presentation Peer NBFC and Banking analysis Effective Support to – Treasury Front-Office team Risk Management: Strict adherence of Internal Controls, Treasury Manual, Approval Authority and all related policies and Board/ Committee Resolutions System enhancement and UATs as may be needed Show more Show less
