Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Officer located in Kurnool. The Backend Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day backend operations, data entry, managing and processing loan documents, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow, and supporting the finance and customer service teams with backend tasks. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support as needed. Qualifications Strong data entry and document processing skills Excellent organizational and administrative skills Ability to coordinate with various departments and teams Proficiency in using office software and databases Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with loan processing or finance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
