Team Manager Sales & Marketing

As a Team Manager for Sales & Marketing at a Leading Insurance & Broking Company in Bhubaneswar, your role will be crucial in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for liaising with external and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates to management, and managing both back-end and branch operations to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the team to deliver on organizational goals - Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on new businesses, initiatives, processes, and system requirements - Provide regular updates and dashboards to management and partners - Manage back-end and branch operations to ensure smooth business operations - Design a lean, cost-effective, aggressive, and customer-centric operations model - Plan, develop, and execute operations strategies with operational excellence - Align the organization's sales objectives with the business strategy through strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, and budgeting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a major in business/marketing or insurance. PG qualification or additional degree in the insurance domain will be an advantage - 5-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate General Insurance or General Insurance Broking companies - Target Segment: Broking companies, Health TPAs, or employees from corporate marketing background in Broadband/Telecom sectors - Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers resulting in high satisfaction - Excellent leadership, negotiation, written and oral communication skills - Knowledge of General insurance industry operations, underwriting philosophy, risk selection, premium rating, and loss trends In addition to the above, the salary offered will be commensurate with your experience and will not be a limiting factor.,
