Team Manager Sales & Marketing

As a Team Manager for Sales & Marketing at a Leading Insurance & Broking Company in Bhubaneswar, your role involves leading and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, liaising with stakeholders, providing updates to management, and managing both back-end and branch operations. You will design a customer-centric operations model, develop operational strategies, and align sales objectives with business strategy through strategic planning and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the team to deliver on organizational goals - Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for new initiatives and processes - Provide regular updates and dashboards to management - Manage back-end and branch operations for smooth business functioning - Design a lean, cost-effective, and customer-centric operations model - Plan, develop, and execute operational strategies with excellence - Align sales objectives with business strategy through strategic planning and forecasting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or insurance; PG qualification or additional degree in insurance preferred - 5-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate General Insurance or General Insurance Broking companies - Target Segment: Broking companies, Health TPAs, or corporate marketing professionals in Broadband/Telecom sectors - Track record of building strong relationships resulting in high customer satisfaction - Strong leadership, negotiation, written, and oral communication skills - Knowledge of General insurance industry operations, underwriting philosophy, risk assessment techniques, premium rating, and loss trends In addition to the above, the proposed CTC will be based on experience and will not be a limiting factor.,
