Job Description: As an experienced senior leader based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and acquisitions at all branches. You must exhibit strong business knowledge and take an influential approach to business relationships, often at senior management level. Your core experience in Corporate General Insurance or General Insurance Broking companies will be vital for this role. You will: - Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate the performance of branch Managers and their teams. - Work with the team to drive a strong performance-oriented sales culture. - Manage, develop, train, control, and motivate the sales force across all branches. - Meet/exceed revenue targets across all branches. - Generate and manage key prospect relationships, and define and execute a penetration strategy for existing clients. - Achieve sales targets in all assigned territories and develop a profitable business for all branches. - Develop and execute strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Provide support to branches by offering specialist guidance for branch heads, team members, associates, sales staff, and service staff. You will also be responsible for the P&L. - Identify and develop new markets for growth, including new branches, and develop key business relationships. - Conduct market intelligence, analyze current trends and niche areas, and understand market needs and requirements. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with a major in business/marketing or insurance. A PG qualification or an additional degree in the insurance domain will be advantageous, along with 10-15 years of relevant experience. - Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers resulting in high customer satisfaction. - Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with strong written and oral communication abilities, including presentation and group discussions. - Ability to interact with the C-Suite. - Knowledge of the insurance industry, operations, underwriting philosophy, risk assessment techniques, premium rating, and loss trends. - Experience in managing complex portfolios, including insurance portfolios. Proposed CTC: The salary offered will be commensurate with experience and will not be a limiting factor.,
