Team Manager - HR MIS

Role Overview: You will be a Team Manager - HR MIS at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and other functional teams to design and implement analytics and dashboards. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed business decisions. - Collaborate with HR and other functional teams to design and implement analytics and dashboards. - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. - Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Qualifications Required: - A highly motivated and analytical B-school candidate with a strong foundation in HR Analytics & HR Management. - Education: Masters degree in Business Analytics, Business Management in Analytics, or Data Analytics from any B-School. - Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, analytical tools, and visualization tools. - Work Experience: Previous experience in Trainee Management or a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience would be a value-added. - Skills: Strong analytical skills with statistical modeling and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build business process modeling and workflows.,
