Team Manager - HR MIS

Role Overview: As a Team Manager - HR MIS at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, your role will involve being a highly motivated and analytical B-school candidate with a strong foundation of HR Analytics & HR Management. You will be based in Chennai and will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR & other functional teams to design and implement Analytics & dashboard. - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. - Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Business Analytics, Business Management in Analytics, or Data Analytics from any B-School. - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, analytical tools, and visualization tools. - Strong analytical skills with statistical modeling and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to build business process modeling & workflows.
