Job Description

As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for delivering team service level components, maintaining quality and productivity targets, and monitoring key performance indicators. Your role will involve effective people management, including staff development and operational management tasks such as managing the floor and ensuring adherence to schedules. Problem resolution will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with monitoring calls, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in every interaction. You will also play a crucial role in training and developing staff, motivating and leading your team, and nurturing future leaders within the organization. Your insights will be instrumental in making recommendations for product and process enhancements based on customer feedback and detailed analysis. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the initial hiring and selection process of front-line employees and compile comprehensive reports on team performance and customer feedback. Effective communication skills will be essential as you will be the focal point for disseminating information between management and the team. Working closely with team members to resolve customer issues and addressing any weaknesses or concerns among agents will be part of your daily routine. Your proactive approach will involve offering innovative solutions and suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and products to the management team.,
