Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with experience in the manufacturing sector to lead and manage our sales team. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand company reach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to senior management.
• Ensure the team follows the company’s sales process, CRM practices, and reporting standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team in product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry/Product Based Company/ Electronic Products.
