Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, with 14 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility:

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
