Responsibilities (Real Estate Tele-Sales Team Leader)
1. Lead Allocation & Monitoring – Distribute and track daily property inquiry leads.
2. Target Achievement – Ensure team meets calling, lead qualification, and site-visit targets.
3. Project Knowledge Training – Train team on pricing, location, amenities, and offerings.
4. Quality Calling & Scripts – Ensure proper script usage and maintain professional call quality.
5. Site Visit Conversion – Drive maximum confirmed and actual site visits through strong follow-ups.
6. Customer Handling – Manage escalated clients and provide accurate project information.
7. Coordination with Sales Team – Align with field sales on walk-ins, follow-ups, and closures.
8. Daily MIS & Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, site visits, and bookings.
9. Lead Tracking in CRM – Ensure accurate data entry and no missed or dropped leads.
10. Team Motivation & Supervision – Conduct briefings, monitor performance, and maintain team discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,016.03 - ₹28,822.58 per month
