Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RMs, Sales Managers, Team Leads, and Equity Dealers.
Strategize and execute business development plans to drive regional growth.
Oversee and support the establishment and development of new branches in the Gujarat region.
Guide clients on investments in equities, commodities, currencies, mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party products.
Drive cross-selling initiatives across equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and other products to existing clients.
Coordinate with Regional Heads and Cluster Managers for business reviews and strategic discussions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering investment education and guidance when needed.
Grow and retain the client base through proactive engagement and service excellence.

Required Criteria

Minimum 5 years of team-handling experience in the securities market/stock broking industry.
Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and leadership abilities.
