Position Overview We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support our recruitment operations by managing CRM systems, coordinating with clients and headhunters, and keeping recruitment workflows running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, is highly organized, and wants to build a career in recruitment and talent management. Key Responsibilities 1. CRM & Portal Management Manage and update candidate and client records in our CRM/ATS (Recruit CRM). Monitor and maintain application statuses, notes, and feedback across portals. Upload resumes, update follow-ups, and close positions in real time. 2. Data Management & Reporting Use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain candidate trackers, interview schedules, and submission logs. Create weekly/monthly performance reports. 3. Communication & Coordination Regularly communicate with headhunters, clients, and internal teams. Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and candidate updates via Outlook. 4. Scheduling & Time Management Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients. Prioritize daily tasks to meet strict timelines and client SLAs. 5. Learning & Adaptability Quickly learn tools like Recruit CRM, client ATS portals, and Excel formulas. Keep up-to-date with best practices in recruitment operations. 6. Collaboration & Initiative Support the recruitment team on live mandates and urgent requirements. Share feedback and suggest improvements in systems and processes. Key Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication (English mandatory) Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filtering, etc.) Proficiency in business communication via Outlook Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms is a plus (Recruit CRM preferred) Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines Fast learner and process-oriented mindset Confidence to coordinate with senior stakeholders and clients Self-driven and accountable for daily goals Qualifications Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or any relevant field Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers & Interns welcome; training will be provided) Interns must be available for a minimum 3-month commitment Why Join Panacea?
