Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in . The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer support agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer service and leadership, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and teleperformance tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality and productivity.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
