Supervise and manage daily production activities.
Handle CNC Turning operations, including G Code and M Code understanding.
Perform CNC machine setting and ensure production targets are met.
Use quality gauges and ensure product quality standards.
Manage chuck inserts and basic CNC programming tasks.
Efficiently handle and guide manpower on the shop floor.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a auto parts manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, G & M Codes, and basic programming.
Hands-on experience in machine setting and quality gauge handling.
Good leadership and communication skills for effective manpower management.
