Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and guide the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automobile products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations departments for promotional campaigns and lead generation.

Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.

Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain dealership standards.

Train and mentor new sales executives to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the automobile industry, preferably in sales or customer handling roles.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and customer-focused approach

Good knowledge of automobile products and market trends
