Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Manage B2B shipment processing, including inbound and outbound dispatches. Oversee middle-mile operations ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation between hubs. Supervise shipment sorting and ensure accuracy in segregation based on destination and priority. Maintain and update mail systems for operational tracking, exceptions, and escalation management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, last-mile) to ensure SLA compliance. Monitor operational KPIs and report daily performance to the operations manager. Implement safety and process compliance as per company SOPs. Train and guide hub staff for efficient handling and processing of shipments. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (logistics/supply chain background preferred). 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations (B2B preferred). Knowledge of mail systems, middle-mile logistics, and shipment sorting processes. Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
