Team Leader - Sales

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales with prior experience as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be smart, highly enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator who can lead by example, motivate teams, and consistently drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion ratios
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to senior management
• Foster a positive, high-energy, and performance-oriented team culture

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience as a 

  Sales Manager or Team Leader

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 4+ years

   of experience in sales, with at least 

  2 years in a leadership role

• Experience in B2B will be an added advantage

Work Location: Thane, West

Work Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm
