Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – KAP to manage and grow key accounts in the kitchen appliances segment. The role involves leading a sales team, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and guide the KAP sales team to achieve targets

* Manage key accounts such as dealers, distributors, and modern trade partners

* Develop and execute account growth strategies for kitchen appliances

* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

* Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and service teams to ensure timely execution

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

* Experience in sales within kitchen appliances or consumer durables

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

* Result-oriented with strong analytical ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
