As a Team Leader Sales in the Education Industry, your role involves leading a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets. You will guide, motivate, and train the team on sales techniques, CRM usage, and lead handling. Monitoring daily team performance, ensuring proper lead distribution, follow-ups, and closure of admissions will be crucial. Additionally, you will coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead flow and quality. Conducting regular sales reviews, handling escalated student/parent queries, and maintaining strong knowledge of courses, fee structures, and admission processes are key responsibilities. Driving student walk-ins, counselling sessions, and conversion of prospects into enrolments are also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets. - Guide, motivate, and train the team on sales techniques, CRM usage, and lead handling. - Monitor daily team performance (calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions). - Ensure proper lead distribution, follow-ups, and closure of admissions. - Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead flow and quality. - Conduct regular sales reviews and share reports with the management. - Handle escalated student/parent queries and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain strong knowledge of courses, fee structures, and admission processes. - Drive student walk-ins, counselling sessions, and conversion of prospects into enrolments. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of proven sales experience in the education/training/EdTech sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Target-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals. - Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. In this role, you will be working full-time at the Calicut location with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement.
