Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales, located in Yamuna Vihar. The Team Leader will oversee a sales team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure sales targets are met. The role involves, Team Hiring, facilitating training, motivating the team, monitoring individual performance, and providing actionable feedback. The Team Leader will also interact with customers to deliver excellent service and maintain business relationships while identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Strong Team Management skills, including leadership and delegation abilities
Proficiency in Sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and customer interaction
Customer Service experience with focus on building lasting relationships
Good Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and develop improvement strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
Prior experience in a sales leadership role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
