Job Summary

:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to drive our insurance business. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of telecallers, guiding them to generate qualified leads, and ensuring closures through effective sales strategies. The role requires strong people management skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to achieve business targets.---

Key Responsibilities

:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to ensure consistent lead generation.Assign daily/weekly targets to team members and monitor their performance.Train and guide the team on sales scripts, objection handling, and insurance product knowledge.Work closely with the sales closers to ensure smooth conversion of leads into policies.Track productivity, maintain MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve performance.Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion and achieve monthly business targets.Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture.---

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in sales/telecalling/insurance business.Strong team management and leadership skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.Good knowledge of life/general/health insurance products (as applicable).Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.

Performance Metrics (KRA):

Daily/Monthly sales target achievement.Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.Team productivity and retention.Customer satisfaction and compliance adherence.
