TEAM LEADER SALES

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to provide feedback and coaching.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary.
• Resolve conflicts and handle escalations promptly and professionally.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a team leader, supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in [mention any specific software/tools, e.g., MS Office, CRM platforms].
• Time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred, depending on the role).
