Team Leader Sales

Key Responsibilities:

-- Required Sales Team Leader

-- Lead a team of Tamil , Telegu , English , kannada, Marathi , Bangali & Malayalam -speakingcustomer service agents.

-- Monitor and manage daily team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

-- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

-- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

-- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

-- Conduct team meetings and briefings to update on process changes and targets.

-- Ensure team adherence to quality standards, processes, and compliance guidelines.

-- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and escalations.

-- Identify training needs and assist in upskilling team members. Role & responsibilities

-- Language required - Tamil , Telegu , English , kannada, Marathi , Bangali & Malayalam.
