Team Leader - Outlet

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at the Grand Hyatt, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and managing outlet operations.

• Manage and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and increase customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and expenses to optimize resources.
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues.
